hot induction bend machine uses PLC control system: input the parameters of pipe OD, wall thickness ,No., material , radius, bending angle ,heating temperature in the touch, PLC will control the heating temperature almost constant (±20°) by closed loop between pushing speed and heating temperature.
Hot bending of larger diameter piping systems is commonly done to meet schedules when elbow fittings are not available. This is more typical in alloy piping systems, where elbows may be scarce.
